Day 1: Arusha
Welcome to Tanzania! The ideal destination for safari lovers. Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by our teams and transfer to the accommodation.

Day 2: Horseback safari
Road to Arusha National Park 30 minutes by car. You pick up the horses at the park gate. The adventure begins! Horseback ride to try to observe: giraffes, colobus, zebras ...
The night will be in a rustic bivouac (shared toilets under tent) but comfortable (camp bed) in the middle of nature.

Day 3: Horseback safari
Day with the horses in the footsteps of John Wayne and the filming locations of Hatari. Climb to a viewpoint on Kilimanjaro, sometimes on horses, sometimes on foot. End by car because very steep to the summit at 2000 meters and to the waterfall. The night will be in a rustic bivouac (shared toilets under tent) but comfortable (camp bed) in the middle of nature.

Day 4: Arusha to Lake Manyara
Exit from Arusha Park and end of the horse safari. Road to the shores of Lake Manyara, starting point of the second part of the trip in 4×4.

Day 5: Safari Tarangire Park
Full day of safari in Tarangire National Park. At noon, picnic inside the park. Tarangire Park created in 1970 is today considered one of the most beautiful wildlife refuges in the country. You will come across a large number of elephants among the baoba forests.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Safari
Departure in the morning for the Ngorongoro Crater, a true paradise of Eden, and a day of safari with a picnic lunch in the crater at noon. You may be lucky enough to come across the Big 5. The crater is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It contains fresh and salt water, savannah and forest, and there are around 100 animals per km². Then drive to the neighboring Serengeti Park.

Day 7: Serengeti Park safari
A full day of safari dedicated to the Serengeti Park and its endless plains. For example, you can leave early in the morning with your breakfast to observe the awakening of the savannah. The night is in a charming tented camp with full board. The camp is inside the park in the central region. You will be able to hear the life of the park during the night in the comfort of your four-poster bed.

Day 8: Serengeti Park Safari
Departure from the Serengeti after a last morning of safari and crossing the Ngorongoro conservation area to reach the shores of Lake Manyara.

Day 9: Arusha or Zanzibar
Departure from the lodge in the morning to return to the city of Arusha or Kilimanjaro airport.
It is quite possible to continue this trip with an internal flight to the Island of Zanzibar.

Camping bivouac
The first nights of this itinerary with the horses are in bivouac inside the Arusha park itself. A moment of total disconnect, far from the crowds, in the heart of Tanzania. The bivouac equipment is included, all the logistics and meals too.
The camp is rustic but remains quite comfortable.

Arusha National Park
Arusha Park has a very varied vegetation. Its fauna is less dense than that of other parks.
Look out for:
Colobus – Hippopotamus – Giraffe – Zebra – Buffalo – 40 species of birds including flamingos
Tarangire National Park
Tarangire National Park attracts many animals thanks to the Tarangire River of the same name. It has 9 types of vegetation including umbrella acacias and baobabs.

Elephant – Zebra – Lion – Cheetah – Hartebeest – African wild dog
Ngorongoro crater
The Ngorongoro Crater contains fresh and salt water, savannah and forest and there are around 100 animals per km2.

The Serengeti National Park is one of Africa's largest preserved ecosystems.
