Oremiti is our own charming lodge set on the shores of Lake Manyara. Lush vegetation, a rich variety of birds and butterflies, unforgettable sunsets, and views over the Rift Valley from the pool create a truly memorable setting.
You are 2.5 hours away from’Arusha, 1h15 from the door of the Tarangire National Park, 15 minutes from the gate of the Manyara Park and 1 hour 15 minutes from the door of the Ngorongoro Crater.

Welcome to our home…

Oremiti is a shrub commonly found around the lodge, traditionally used by the Maasai people as a natural toothbrush. Located on Maasai land and away from the city, the rooms are spaced apart, ensuring a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Only the birds break the silence—and you’ll likely be awakened by their songs at first light.

You are here at home! Meru Villas consists of 2 villas with 3 and 4 bedrooms, in the heart of a beautiful garden with a swimming pool. Between the airport and the city of Arusha, a beautiful place to recharge and admire the view of Mount Meru 4th Africa Summit.

A moment of rest during your journey

Our villas are located 40 minutes from Kilimanjaro International Airport, making it an ideal place to rest after your flight. Here, everything is peaceful, set away from the airport road and the city. You are then just 3 hours from the entrance gates of Tarangire and Manyara National Parks. The villas can be fully privatized, and rooms are also available individually.
