This birdwatching safari will delight bird enthusiasts with the discovery of endemic species and numerous Eurasian migrants. On the lakes, you can observe a variety of aquatic birds, in a festival of song and colour.
During this trip, discover the lake of Manyara in the Rift Valley. Lake Eyasi in the land of the Hadzabe. But also the small Momella Lake in the Arusha National Park and Lake Magadi in the Ngorongoro Crater. These places attract birds in large numbers.

Day 1: Arusha
Welcome to Tanzania The ideal destination for safari lovers. Welcome by our teams upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to your hotel.

Day 2: Arusha Park Safari
4x4 safari day in the Arusha National Park. Arusha National Park has 3 well-defined zones: the 7 Momela Lakes, the Ngurdoto Crater, and the Mount Meru, 4th African summit at 4566 meters in altitude.

Day 3: Tarangire Park safari
Full-day 4x4 safari in the Tarangire National Park. Lunchtime picnic inside the park. Tarangire Park, created in 1970, is today considered one of the country's most beautiful wildlife refuges. You will encounter a large number of elephants among the baobab forests.

Day 4: Manyara Park safari
In the morning, enjoy a safari in the Lake Manyara National Park. Will you have the chance to see lions in the trees? Then, route to the shores of Lake Eyasi. A walk towards Lake Eyasi at sunset; Lake Eyasi is part of the many lakes in the Great Rift Valley.

Day 5: Lake Eyasi
In the early morning, we depart to accompany the Hadzabe people on a (bow and arrow) hunt. The Hadza are the last hunter-gatherer people in Africa. They have lived near Lake Eyasi for nearly 40,000 years. Breakfast will be served after the hunt. Afterwards, we will take a walk in the surrounding area amongst onion fields and other plantations. You will also have the opportunity to meet the Datoga people, who are farmers and artisans. In the afternoon, we will drive to reach the town of Karatu at the foot of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Safari
Departure in the morning for the Ngorongoro crater true paradise of Eden and day of safari with a picnic lunch in the crater at noon. You may be lucky to come across the Big 5.
The crater is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It contains fresh and salt water, savannah and forest, and is home to around 100 animals per km².

Day 7: Arusha or Zanzibar
Departure from the lodge in the morning to return to Arusha town or Kilimanjaro Airport. It is entirely possible to continue this trip with a domestic flight to the island of Zanzibar.
