Their experience
Thank you for allowing us to meet Swedi and Pascal. They were extraordinary, and we were blown away by their kindness and professionalism. I'm not writing this email in English – nor in Swahili! – but I hope Swedi can convey our gratitude to him. In retrospect, we realized there is only 1 word we didn't learn during these 10 days. And that word is «please»: we never had to say it. And a notable anecdote: First time in my life I've traveled without getting sick... so the precautions are well taken.
